Welcome to KWNO WORLD! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KWNO WORLD, owned and operated by Tiago Conde Veiga Neiva de Oliveira. KWNO WORLD operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KWNO WORLD, owned and operated by Tiago Conde Veiga Neiva de Oliveira, may accept or decline orders at its discretion. Orders are only accepted once confirmed by us and payment has been processed.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Portuguese and EU law, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason, starting from the day after receiving the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products (personalized or hygiene items) may be excluded from this right.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Portuguese rate, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping and handling costs are added where applicable.
You agree to provide complete and accurate payment details. Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. Transactions are secure, and data is protected.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk transfer to the customer once the carrier receives the goods.
Standard delivery in mainland Portugal: 2–3 business days
Madeira and Azores: 5–15 business days
Free shipping worldwide applies unless otherwise indicated
Customers should verify packages upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services (text, images, logos, graphics, videos, audio) is the property of KWNO WORLD, owned and operated by Tiago Conde Veiga Neiva de Oliveira and protected under Portuguese and international intellectual property laws.
You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Products can be returned within 14 days (except excluded items).
Items must be intact, unused, and in original packaging.
Warranty period under Portuguese law: 2 years for consumers, 6 months for professional clients.
To claim a warranty, contact kwno.world@gmail.com with your invoice, photos of defects, and a description of the issue.
SECTION 8 – LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, KWNO WORLD, owned and operated by Tiago Conde Veiga Neiva de Oliveira, is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
